• Rim Options: Every baking tray is available with 2, 3, or 4 rims, with choices of rim angles at 45°, 70°, or 90°. Hemmed/rimmed edges provide additional structural stability when handling in rack trolleys or pan racks.

Precision Perforation & Silicone / PTFE Coating

A crucial factor for optimal air circulation in the oven is precise perforation. We offer every perforated sheet in a 2mm aluminum design (micro-perforation), as well as 3mm perforation or large perforation options (5.0 mm).
